          We use a powerful network management system called OvrC, which integrates directly into your home network. This allows us to remotely view the status and health of your connected devices — including AV equipment, smart lighting, and network performance such as internet uptime and average speeds. Please note: OvrC monitoring focuses on device connectivity and network health. It does not monitor the quality of audio or video playback, third-party apps like Netflix or Spotify, or home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, or security systems. We also do not monitor external media sources like Sky or other streaming devices.

          Yes, We’ve partnered with Parasol, a dedicated 24/7 support team of smart home experts. No matter the time of day, you’ll always be able to connect with a skilled technician ready to help.

          Proactive monitoring allows us to identify and address potential faults before they become problems. Our system alerts us if a device has been offline for an extended period, enabling us to resolve many issues before you even notice — often during off-hours such as late at night or on weekends when your system isn’t in use. In addition, equipment manufacturers regularly release software updates to improve performance, add features, or fix security vulnerabilities. These updates need to be managed carefully to avoid conflicts between different vendors’ devices. As part of your ongoing maintenance, we handle these updates remotely during your scheduled system health check, ensuring your technology remains stable, secure, and up to date.

          If the first-line support team is unable to resolve an issue, the call is escalated to our in-house technicians for further assistance. Should an on-site visit be necessary, we’ll promptly coordinate and schedule a convenient time with you to complete the service.
